• Notice of cancellation received 6 to 10 weeks prior to booked date will result in a 50% refund.
  • Notice of cancellation received less than 6 weeks prior to booked date will result in no refund.

Please confirm your telephone/provisional booking as soon as possible by submitting a deposit of one night's booking fee with the booking form, or on request. The balance of the hire fee should be sent at least 2 weeks prior to the event, when the final numbers are known.

  • The booking remains provisional until receipt of the booking form and deposit.
  • All provisional bookings whether received by telephone, email or post will be held for 3 weeks unless prior arrangements have been made to retain the provisional booking for longer.

Please remember that while a provisional booking is held for you, other groups are prevented from booking the dates you have reserved. The booking form and deposit will be receipted with an acknowledgement of the booking. Once the balance of the hire fee has been received, a letter giving permission to use the facilities will be sent together with further information or instructions together with the final receipt.

Red House Youth Trust reserves the right to make any regulations for the use of the sites and/or amend the current charges at any time.
